Banbury & District Dog Training Society

It was a cold overcast morning as we all met at Rainsborough Camp Farm, 18 people and 20 Dogs all set for another B & DDTS New years walk. Andrea Gladden had kindly invited us all to walk the fields where she lived, It was extremely muddy and we had to change our route a few times which was quite amusing, Andrea gave a talk about the Roman camp which was very interesting and at the end of the walk some of the dogs even had a swim. As always all of the dogs were very well behaved, they all had a lovely time running together and getting filthy, Megan and Rags were definitely in competition to see who could win “dirtiest dog” this year! It was great socialising for us as well, wonderful for people to get together, the rain held off and everyone really enjoyed the afternoon. After the walk it was down the pub for drinks and food, and time to start planning where to go for next years walk?
